A commercial development in Peterhead Harbour, one of the major fishing ports in the country, providing additional office space together with a prominent main entrance and reception area.

The design included providing a secure entrance where visitors entering and leaving could be monitored and safety maintained. The new open plan office space incorporated a vaulted ceiling and lantern light together with a generous provision of glazing to the external walls, contributing to reducing energy consumption.
